Not all committed Christians feel the call and burden to enter full-time Ministry. The extensive nature of pastoral Ministry requires lay people to enhance their knowledge and skills in discipleship and leadership skills to assist in the overall work of the Church. To accomplish this goal, I design courses for Elders, Deacons, and Executives of various groups in the Church, such as the Youth, Men’s, and Women’s Ministries—the training tailored to meet the particular needs of any Church or Ministry.
